Official LBKI Club Badge: Wear Your Identity
The LBKI Club Badge is more than just a patch; it is a symbol of your membership within a dedicated community of martial artists. This high-definition embroidered badge is the official requirement for all LBKI practitioners, ensuring a unified and professional appearance across the dojo.
Whether you are replacing an old badge or adding one to a new training Gi, this patch is designed to withstand the rigours of daily training while maintaining its crisp, vibrant detail.

Application & Placement Guide
To maintain the professional standards of LBKI and ensure the longevity of your uniform, please follow these guidelines:
-
Placement: Traditionally, the badge should be applied to the left chest area of the Karate Gi jacket (over the heart).
-
Attachment Method: This is a sew-on badge. For professional safety and maximum durability, we recommend a tight whip-stitch or running stitch around the entire perimeter.
Note: While iron-on adhesives exist, sewing is the only recommended method for martial arts uniforms to ensure the badge does not peel off during grappling or high-intensity movement.

Care & Maintenance
-
Washing: To protect the embroidery threads, always wash your Gi inside out in cold water.
-
Avoid: Do not use bleach, as it will discolour the embroidery.
-
Drying: Line dry only. Excessive heat from a tumble dryer can cause the badge to shrink at a different rate than the Gi fabric, leading to puckering.
