Hygiene Standard: For health and safety reasons, Mouthguard's and Groin Guards cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item
To qualify for a refund, please ensure your item meets the following "re-sellable" conditions:

Original Packaging: Must be returned in undamaged original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.

The Refund
Once we receive and verify the condition of your return, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping) to your original payment method.

Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased during promotional events are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. However, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act still apply—if a sale item is faulty or does not match its description, you can return it for a remedy.
