Shipping & Delivery Information

At WSA Sports, we work hard to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. We use reliable courier services for all our deliveries across New Zealand to ensure your order arrives safely at your doorstep.

The "Quick Look" Summary

  • Courier Delivery: All orders are sent via tracked courier.
  • Shipping Fees and Refunds
    • If you receive goods that are faulty, do not match their description, or otherwise fail to meet the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will refund your original delivery costs as part of your remedy. We will also cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs for faulty goods.
    • If you change your mind about a purchase and the goods are not faulty, shipping fees are non-refundable, though we may offer this as a goodwill gesture in some circumstances.
  • Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 3–4 business days for rural addresses.

Tracking & Fees

  • Tracking Your Gear: Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive a notification so you can follow its journey.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: As per our Refund Policy, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
