Easy-Reference Sizing Guide

Choosing the correct uniform size ensures comfort and maximises your range of motion. We size our uniforms based on the athlete's height in centimetres.

Fit & Representation Notes

• Sizing & Build: When determining your size, please consider your build. If you are of a larger or heavier build for your height, we strongly recommend purchasing one size up for the best fit. Note that sleeves and pant length can be easily shortened by a tailor if necessary to achieve your perfect length.
  
• Image Accuracy: While we strive for 100% accuracy, actual product colors may vary slightly from your screen due to monitor calibrations and professional studio lighting.
  

Care & Maintenance

• Washing: Wash immediately after each use. Machine wash inside out in COLD WATER (max 30°C) on a gentle cycle. Use a mild, non-bleach detergent. AVOID chlorine bleach, as it can cause poly/cotton to yellow.
  
• Drying: Hang or line dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area. DO NOT use a machine dryer, as the heat can cause excessive shrinkage and wear.
